Joe Buck Yourself is a country and punk rock musician that puts on an impressive one-man show. When he played at Buzzbin he was using his guitar case as a kick drum and an effective complement to his acoustic guitar.
During the brief moments on stage when I talked to him he shared that the guitar case gives a better response to the kick pedal. The rigidity enables him to kick and play faster.
Joe Buck Yourself has had a long career in music. Many of his solo performances were fantastic, often soulful versions of his more dynamic studio releases. A huge thank you to Buzzbin for not only inviting me to the show but for hosting this unique performance experience.
