I was at Afterlife to record video of Matt Pless. While awaiting his set I captured some photos of the other performances. The third act to reach the stage was Hand + Noise, a band I hadn’t yet discovered. They proceeded to put on a solid set of original songs, full of vocal and instrumental harmonies. I wish these photos could convey their sound; I’ve included links to their socials so you can listen for yourself. Hand + Noise is a terrific local indie band that can count me as a new fan.
