“In Love with You”

“Slow and Easy” is a new track. I used Impact XT in Studio One to create a drum track. I also utilized a bunch of licensed trombone samples which I arranged for the track’s horns. Piano and a couple takes of bass were manually added. There’s an intended chorus that I didn’t include in the track.

The problem is I didn’t like my delivery and I didn’t try looking for a vocalist. So I just kept it out any played with the music. Ultimately, I added some sampled female vocals to help carry the song.

Though I really know it, I don't nearly show it, I don't have the faintest clue.
This is such a big hit, like god damn holy shit, I do not know what to do.
How do we know enough, timing is so rough, always leaving me too soon.
And the things we think of, like the one we call love, pull me hard right back to you.

All the parts are broken, words might be misspoken, we're gonna need to be true.
Should I really lose this, would I ever do this, it's not a thing I could choose.
Everywhere we're going, and we keep on growing, all the times that we've been through.

“In Love with You” was previously released as a single when I was using Distrokid for distribution. When I cancelled my account all of my releases were pulled offline, which is a big part of the problem with the subscription model for distribution.
