I’ve been following the Baker’s Basement on social media for the past couple years. When my buddy Jesse informed me they were going to be playing at his Halloween Eve house show, I knew I had to be there.

It’s Not Just the Spooky Stuff
The duo of Katie Dedinsky on vocals and drums with Adam Grindler on vocals and guitar make for compelling harmonies and thoughtful lyrics. “Wild Wild Sheep” is a fun look at what those sheep do when you’re done counting them and they’re left to frolic in your dreaming mind. “Worry Now” and “Words I Need to Say” are examples of songs that delve into interpersonal relationships.
